MEET EXECUTIVE CHEF MARC STANDEN
Marc’s lifelong passions are Family, Art, and Food. His tightly-knit family’s kitchen was the daily gathering place. His innate love of art led him to Rochester Institute of Technology to study photo journalism. While at school, he longed for the sensory satisfaction of the family kitchen back home. This yearning led him to a cooking position at a local restaurant and he soon discovered that his love of art could also be applied to food. The love of art still holds a place in Marc’s heart; his studio is now the kitchen of Cleveland’s award-winning Blue Point Grille.
Whether it’s Wild Salmon from Alaska or Walleye from our Northern Shores, Blue Point always sources the freshest seafood available. The thoughtful balance of Blue Point’s time-tested standards and imaginative daily specials solidifies a reputation as Cleveland’s premier seafood restaurant. Since 1997, Blue Point Grille has been Downtown’s standard bearer for memorable cuisine, stellar service and an intriguing urban atmosphere.
